New to aerial yoga? Join this beginner-level class and explore the foundational skills you need for a safe and balanced practice. Get comfortable with the aerial hammock, as you move through a carefully crafted sequence of supported poses. Use the silk as a prop to perform simple seated, standing, and inverted aerial yoga poses, and modify as often as needed by maintaining contact with the floor. End your session with a blissful, extended savasana, cocooned in the soothing embrace of your silk.

Aerial Yoga is a fun, playful, and empowering practice that combines the principles of traditional yoga with the support of the aerial hammock to explore gravity-defying movements, creative flows, and joyful exploration. This class invites you to let go of any inhibitions and play with the hammock, using it as a tool to deepen your practice, build strength, and release tension in a lighthearted and adventurous way.
The hammock becomes both a prop for alignment and a playground for discovering new ways to move your body. Expect to practice foundational yoga poses, as well as sequences that challenge your balance, core strength, and flexibility all while having fun. Let’s not forget the best part... inversions to lengthen and decompress the body and mind!
This class is designed to help you let go of stress, boost your confidence, and embrace a sense of freedom and lightness in your body and mind. Aerial Reiki Restore is a unique and transformative healing practice that combines the restorative power of aerial yoga with the calming energy of Reiki. In this session, participants are guided through a deeply relaxing, therapeutic experience that helps release tension, restore balance, and rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit.
The class consists of gentle, restorative postures designed to support and cradle the body with the use of the hammock.

These postures encourage deep stretching, alignment, and relaxation, providing an effortless way to release muscle tightness and promote physical ease.

Throughout the session, Reiki energy is channeled by the instructor to clear blockages, reduce stress, and restore energy flow. The combination of the aerial experience and the healing properties of Reiki helps participants access deep levels of relaxation and emotional release, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Suitable for all levels, no prior aerial experience required—just a willingness to try something new!
