Perhaps you have heard of an Aquarian Sadhana, this is our take on this extensive ritual. We will begin by chanting together and sharing a moving meditation for the healing of the Earth. This is followed by chanting Long Ek Ong Kars, then a Kriya Yoga practice. After a luxurious savasana we will rise up to engage in more mantra together, raising
the energy of our bodies and communities so that we can carry this festival glow out into the world.
