A Mindful Flow for All.' I'm Vince , and I'm stoked you're here. Imagine a space where your breath is your most compassionate teacher, and every movement is a step towards deeper grounding. In this class, we'll explore the dance of breath and body, each flow seamlessly leading to the next, just like the gentle ebb and flow of life's rhythms. As we move together, you'll discover a practice that's more than just poses; it's a celebration of the present moment, a cultivation of inner stillness amidst the outer motion. Whether you're new to yoga or have been on this path for years, our community welcomes you with open arms. Join me at the Berkshire Yoga Festival, where we'll not only stretch our bodies but also our hearts, building connections that extend beyond the mat. Let's breathe, flow, and grow together, creating moments of mindfulness that resonate with your soul. Remember, this journey is yours - and it starts with a single breath. Let's take that first breath together.

✴️ Social Dreaming Matrix
Friday June 13, 2025 8:30am - 9:15am EDT
The aim of these sessions is to create a social dreaming matrix by working as a community to transform our thoughts about our dreams by freely associating to the dreams shared in the matrix. This process helps to uncover unconscious links and make connections that will lead us to discover new ways to experience a sense of joining.

The matrix is a bringing together of individuals into a unique space to consider and discover the hidden, elusive/infinite meaning in our dreams. The matrix is a place to reflect, while awake, on the unlimited, unconscious processes we experience in waking life that show up in our dreams while asleep. The community of dreamers will be encouraged not to interpret the dreams shared. Instead, they will be invited to offer associations or draw parallels to the dreams from film, literature or any other spiritual, cultural, or social contexts to amplify the narrative between us.

Social Dreaming is an opportunity to share and work with dreams within a social space. It rests on the premise that dreams can speak with dreams: breeding, growing, and developing new thoughts and new thinking, beyond a subjective focus of individual dream work. Through the creation of a community of dreamers we will explore the patterns that emerge between one narrative and another.

✴️ Pranayama for Vividness in Understanding
Friday June 13, 2025 8:30am - 9:30am EDT
Pranayama is often referred to as the science and art of breath. But to what end? How can breath bring us closer to understanding and depth of consciousness?
In this session we will explore the breath as a tool to draw us closer to an understanding of prana/life within the body, build/store prana, and deepen the vividness of our conscious attention.
Join Paul Menard, for an exploration of breath, body, and mind as we connect the art of pranayama with the scaffolding of posture, withdrawal of the senses, and a deeper vividness in meditation.

✴️ Mat Pilates - FULL FULL
Friday June 13, 2025 10:00am - 11:00am EDT
Pilates is an amazing, comprehensive form of exercise that was created by Joseph Pilates. His original name for the work was Contrology; Contrology is the complete coordination of the body and the mind. It is only when Joseph passed that the work took on the catchier name of Pilates. Mat Pilates is a type of exercise that was based on Joseph Pilates original repertoire that includes doing the Pilates movements off the machines onto the mat. Some of these exercises are similar to many yoga poses. Examples of these exercises include: planks, side planks, long sit, spine stretch, and various other exercises.  All of the exercises target specific areas of the body to strengthen and stretch the muscles. Pilates helps elongate the muscles, help with flexibility, strengthen and lean out core muscles, and reduce overall tightness. This class is can be modified for all ages, fitness levels, and body types.

✴️ Energy Work, Plant and Mushroom Medicine - FULL FULL
Friday June 13, 2025 10:30am - 11:30am EDT
We will start the class as an introduction to ceremony and energy work. We will call the directions and do a short grounding meditation.

At that point we will start to talk about the fundamentals of energy work and Reiki on oneself. We will create some self-practice Reiki exercises and focus on the Root, Heart, and Third Eye as three Chakras.

We’ll open up a discussion about perceptions and thoughts about using herbs and mushrooms to enhance work in these energy centers. We will introduce the three plants/mushrooms at this time, and spend a few minutes discussing the properties of each plant.

We will then offer a sacred ceremony and samples of three different plant extracts for the three different Chakras. We will spend time sensing and feeling the shifts in the energy body around each of these chakras when we sample the plants.

✴️ Mind Over Machine: Reclaiming Presence in a Digital World
Friday June 13, 2025 6:00pm - 7:00pm EDT
Technology is woven into every corner of our lives—but at what cost to our mental health, attention, and spirit? In this powerful and practical panel, Andrew Tanner, founder of Berkshire Yoga Festival and Taoist Yoga teacher of 20 years, moderates a discussion between three leading voices in mindfulness and ethical technology:
  • Anjan Katta, CEO of Daylight Computer, whose DC-1, is the first non-blue light emitting computer designed for deep focus and wellbeing.
  • Nikki Myers, founder of Y12SR, a global leader in trauma-informed healing and recovery
  • Joe Hollier, co-founder of Light Phone, creators of minimalist phones designed to help you live more and scroll less.
Together, they’ll explore how tech addiction can’t be solved by willpower alone. We need mindfulness-based tools to build awareness and self-regulation—AND we need technology built to serve our humanity, not undermine it.
Walk away from this session with fresh insight, actionable practices, and inspiring alternatives for a more balanced, intentional digital life.
Whether you're seeking to reclaim your attention, heal from screen dependence, or explore the spiritual path of simplicity, this is your call to wake up.

✴️ Why Plant Medicine: A Talk on Healing with Ayahuasca
Friday June 13, 2025 7:00pm - 8:00pm EDT
In this intimate and grounded talk, we explore the profound healing potential of plant medicine, particularly Ayahuasca, as a sacred ally on the journey from suffering to sovereignty. Speaking from lived experience, Dima Bosko shares how this powerful medicine supported her own healing from PTSD, addiction patterns, and relational wounding—guiding her through deep layers of trauma and into greater presence, embodiment, and self-love.

We’ll explore how Ayahuasca intersects with the archetypal hero’s journey—offering a direct encounter with the unconscious, a confrontation with shadow, and the possibility of true integration. This is not about escape. It’s about returning. Remembering. Re-rooting into the body and into life on this Earth.

Whether you’re curious, cautious, or already walking the plant path, this is an opportunity to engage in an honest, heart-centered conversation about the gifts and responsibilities of working with this profound teacher.
