Pranayama is often referred to as the science and art of breath. But to what end? How can breath bring us closer to understanding and depth of consciousness?
In this session we will explore the breath as a tool to draw us closer to an understanding of prana/life within the body, build/store prana, and deepen the vividness of our conscious attention. 
Join Paul Menard, for an exploration of breath, body, and mind as we connect the art of pranayama with the scaffolding of posture, withdrawal of the senses, and a deeper vividness in meditation.
