Suitable for all levels, modifications will be offered to ensure a safe and rewarding practice that supports aging gracefully.
Part 2: The Supplemental Practices of Yoga: After a short break, delve into an enlightening 45-minute lecture exploring interdisciplinary approaches that complement your yoga journey. Discover the benefits of integrating weight training for muscle and bone health, self-massage techniques for recovery, walking 10,000 steps a day for cardiovascular wellness and maintaining the body’s fascia, seasonal fasting for detoxification, and the importance of quality rest. The session concludes with a 15-minute Q&A, providing an opportunity to ask questions and gain personalized insights.  This presentation will help you with organizing your weekly training in a way that supports optimizing the circadian rhythm of your organs, to strike a balance between your effort and recovery.
