“A wild heart is the ability to be tough and tender, excited and scared, brave and afraid—all in the same moment. It's showing up in our vulnerability and our courage, being both fierce and kind.” —Brené Brown
Join Jillian Pransky for a series of slow flow and restorative practice that will help us create a solid container in which we can ease into our own vulnerability and courage, making room to release our wild heart—joyful, brave, and unabashed.
We will build our foundation progressively, inviting us to return deeper into our bodies to create a sense of home. Through core, hip, and spine strengtheners, we’ll cultivate the capacity to uphold ourselves. Rooted and grounded, we’ll create fluidity in our psoas, chest, and shoulders with the intention of softening open to things as they really are.
We’ll meet our tension with compassionate awareness through yin and restorative poses finishing in an expansive restorative chest opener to make room in our hearts for the ever-new now, so we can show up in our lives with more mindfulness, wisdom, and grace.
