A sweet Sunday morning stroll is a flowing conversation between the smooth sounds of cello and your movement. Inspired by the woven wisdom of Patanjali's Yoga Sutra 2.18 this practice is an awakening to new pathways for listening.  At the intersection of sound & movement you discover the beautiful song of life that exists within you.

Begin in stillness as you and the cellist attune to one another, and then you will slowly integrate gentle movement to the sounds that move you. Megan Twining leads an intuitive, gently paced, class that peaks with a range of expansive postures to match the musical crescendo and then, both yogis and music, will soften back down to finish the expression of shared moving artistry. All levels are welcome. Thank you for trusting us to lead you through.

All of the elements & senses play for the purpose of your experience & your liberation.
