Kula Flow is a vinyasa based practice that will challenge you from the inside out. A hallmark of the practice is breathwork and uddiyana bandha sprinkled throughout the sequences. Expect to fire up with the more solar pranayama practices like bhastrika and kapalabhati in various iterations, as well as uddiyana bandha practice and salutations to the sun. We will work around the deep front line which contains your psoas and your diaphragm, as well as your tongue! Expect to leave feeling energized, strong, and centered for the rest of your day.
