In this all-levels aerial yoga class, you’ll use the hammock to explore spinal mobility, stability, and gentle decompression, helping you release built-up tension and reconnect with your body.
Through a thoughtful sequence of inversions, extensions, flexions, and rotations, you’ll increase circulation, lengthen the spine, and strengthen the muscles that support it—all while enjoying the lightness and support of the silk. This class is especially beneficial for those experiencing back stiffness, postural fatigue, or everyday stress.
Each session ends with a deeply restorative savasana in your silk cocoon, leaving you feeling longer, lighter, and more aligned from the inside out.
