Manoj will bring in yogic statues/archetypes and guide you through experiential yogic practices involving the heart and emotions and not some random spiritual platitudes generated by AI/ChatGpt. There will be specific takeaways for your daily sadhana and on skillfully dealing with relationship types such as romance, friendship, workplace, teachers and even break-ups!

Beginning with the relationship with the higher Self, we will explore the relationships of Shiva/Shakti, Sita/Ram, Arjuna/Krishna, Hanuman/Ram-Sita, and Krishna/Radha with sacred stories, philosophy, breath-work, and mantras.

All done using sacred statues (murtis) of these deity archetypes.

With a whole lotta laughter and bowing.
