Let’s dive in together for an expanding physical practice that not only challenges our bodies but opens our minds with targeted breathing practices for optimum health and athletic performance. As men, we often don’t take personal inventory of our health, our relationships, and our personal best practices -- more frequently operating in a GSD (get sh*t done) mode. Today, we will use our practice as a linchpin to realign and set our center. We’ll be targeting shoulders, hips, hams, and strength in this joyous morning practice. The practice is open to all levels. If your body is tight, you are encouraged to bring yoga blocks.
