If a flock of crows is called a murder, what is class full of crow poses called? This class is an alignment based exploration of the variations of bakasana- crow pose. You will learn the structural foundations of crow, side crow, and one legged crow, as well as a few more esoteric expressions of the pose. Hand, wrist and shoulder technique, related standing poses and different entries and transitions in and out of the hand balance will also be covered. No birds will be harmed during the course of this workshop!
