lower back through a combination of aerial yoga techniques and targeted stretches. Using the
aerial hammock as a prop, you'll explore gentle inversions, deep hip openers, and restorative
poses to promote mobility and ease.
Whether you’re looking to relieve tightness from sitting, improve your posture, or just relax into
your body, this class will leave you feeling lighter and more connected to your hips and core.
Suitable for all levels, no prior aerial experience required—just a willingness to try something
new!
