An foundational principle of breath-centered yoga theory and practice is what Leslie refers to as “vertical axis integration,” also known as the opening of the energetic body’s central channel. In this three-hour practical intensive, we will explore this idea through a sequence of practices that integrate a fresh perspective on asana, kriya, bandha, and pranayama. Individual modifications and adaptions for all levels of experience will be taught, and ample time will be devoted to inquiry, questions and feedback.
