As we prepare for the changing of seasons in New England (Kapha to Pitta), we take into consideration that our practice, diet and lifestyle changes with nature to keep us in a state of balance.

In this practice we will use asana, pranayama and a meditation that will be useful throughout the upcoming fire season.

This practice is designed for all levels. Mat, blocks and a blanket are helpful.
