About me
Hania Khuri-Trapper is a 500 Hour Experienced Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®). She teaches weekly classes at several studios and leads 200hour, 300hour, and yin yoga teacher training programs in the Boston area. She also facilitates mindfulness workshops at corporations and organizations and created Rest & Return Retreats hosting students all around the region and the world. Along with basketball player Marcus Smart and his YounGameChanger Foundation, Hania shares tools to manage stress with active duty army personnel across the country. Hania is also the Creative Director and President of Khuri Design, a graphic design and branding firm. Derived from her work with yoga and design, Hania published her first book Rest & Return: Daily Reminders to Pause, Reflect, and Just Be. The book is a weekly guide to managing life’s pressures through inspirational stories, messages, poetry, and mindfulness tools and techniques — an accessible guide to spirituality and healing. Her work is continuously inspired by her two teenage sons, her Singer/Songwriter husband and Marley (her beloved rescue dog).
