About me
In 2007, I moved to NYC and immersed myself in a Korean style of yoga that focuses on activating the body and mind’s potential through energy work, psychosomatic therapy, and breathwork. This transformative practice reshaped my life, opening the door to a deeper understanding of healing and human potential.
Over the years, I have had the great privilege of studying with Sri Dharma Mittra, Ma Bhaskaranda at Ananda Ashram, Saraswati, and other revered teachers in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition, as well as Jivamukti, and, most recently, Katonah Yoga. For the past decade, I’ve led teacher trainings both domestically and internationally, facilitated workshops, and owned and operated three yoga schools, with our most recent location in Cincinnati, OH.
Through modalities such as meditation, conscious movement, somatic practices, sound healing, and breathwork, I create a space that nurtures introspection, awareness, and empowerment. My work invites a deeper connection to the self, guiding individuals toward greater stability, resilience, emotional alignment, and nervous system regulation.
